Here is the Ban Appeal format. it important to use this format so people will understand

Character That was banned?
Ign of the character that was banned.

Reason why?
What was the GM doing at the time.

Witness?
Name down any witnesses that was around the time of the event.

Screenshot/proof?
Provide screenshot or proof here.
