I have to ask.... how can you make maplestory sprites?
I wanna make some custom maplestory items too and share them in the forums if they are good enough.
I have SOOO MANY IDEASS!!! D:
I found on google that you can make sprites using a program called Scratch but it doesn't look easy to use...
any suggestions? :DD

also... how can you turn backgrounds from opaque -> transparent? = .= google is no help...
